LATICRETE History and South East Asia

2007

In August 2007, our first office is set up in Prestige Centre with only five staff.  While we are sourcing location to set up powder and liquid plants.  We support our customers with our existing stock from two logistics companies.

2015

Sept 2015 Office, Laboratory, Warehouse & Liquid Plant relocated to 38 Sungei Kadut Street 2, a bigger place.  With the head counts of 30 plus to current 50 plus.

LATCIRETE South East Asia Pte Ltd, which is based in Singapore, was formed to better serve the Southeast Asian market. We are certified company with ISO 9000:2015 standards. The company is established with three objectives in mind: firstly, to encourage the utilisation of resources in better ways; secondly, to ensure products that are developed have minimal impact on limited local resources; and thirdly, to ensure effective use of materials and cut down on the consumption of water and energy resources. At the same time, we enthusiastically participate in giving back to the society by visiting old folks home & orphanage.

We are highly recognized by our customer in the construction industry. We are honoured to be able to participate in some of Singapore’s prestige buildings including Marina Bay Sands, VIVO City, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Universal Studio Singapore, Sentosa Cove, Singapore Changi Airport Terminals.

2009

In April 2009, we managed to relocate to a bigger office in Tentat Logistics Park to accommodate around 15 staff. In November 2009, the opening of our Powder and Liquid plants with office, Laboratory, and Technical Training Centre.
